Lizz made a very difficult situation bearable!!!

Hait & Kuhn handled my contested divorce case...and after more than 3 years (at no fault of Hait & Kuhn) my divorce became final. It was a very difficult and complicated divorce and I am very blessed that Lizz was there with me throughout the entire process! I can't say enough about Lizz's professio...nalism and overwhelming knowledge of the legal system. After appearing in court with her several times, it became very evident that she is greatly respected among her peers as well as in the courtroom. There would be periods of time (months) that would pass during the case that I did not need to communicate with Lizz, but even after months of no communication the next time that I would speak with Lizz she made it feel like it had only been days since we had spoken, as if MY case was the only one that she was working on :) Her memory and re-call is AMAZING- never having to repeat my "story" or conversations that we had discussed months (or years) earlier saved me a lot of money, time and frustration. There were times that she was reminding me of things I had forgotten in my own case/life!!! It was clear early-on in working with Lizz that she was not the "typical" lawyer, as she was concerned with minimizing MY expenses. For instance, she reminded me several times to email her vs. calling her if at all possible because it was less expensive for me. And when I did email her, she always was so responsive in answering no matter what time of day it was. This is just one example of many where she informed me of ways I could save money in working with her. Divorce is such a stressful and emotional time (especially when it lingers over 3 years) that I'm not sure that I would have much sanity now if I had not known that I could depend on Lizz and that she had my best interest at heart (not just making money). Lizz was the voice of reason and calm in an unreasonable and chaotic situation. She and the whole staff at Hait & Kuhn became to feel like friends and family to me. If I ever need legal help/advise again, there is no other firm that would ever consider! Thank you Lizz for EVERYTHING!!!

I appreciate you recognizing this was not the fault of the firm, but an issue with the availability of the judicial system. We will always consider you a friend of this firm. Phenomenal Attorney with World Class Professionalism

I was introduced to Elizabeth Kuhn 2 years ago. She came highly recommended from other attorneys in her field. I was served with custody papers and at the time had no idea what this meant for me. Lizz directed me patiently step by step through what I could expect. I felt that her fees were reasonable... and her knowledge was vast. During this process Lizz and her paralegal team made sure that I was handling the process well. If I had any questions they were very prompt with returning my emails and phone calls. Lizz gives a very realistic point of view to a very emotional process. She thinks clearly and gives accurate and appropriate directions, which provided me a level of sanity to cope with this process. She was able to argue my case adequately and resolve any major issues without my case having to go to court. I have and will continue to recommend Elizabeth Kuhn to all of my family and friends. I am confident in her abilities as an attorney and am forever grateful for the role she played in helping me get my life back on track.

Thanks! We do take the team approach on all of our cases. This means we can help clients even when we are in court and in depositions. Having a full staff in both Alpharetta and Woodstock means you can actually meet with a person who knows what is going on even when Alex and I are unavailable. Responsive and Integrity

Lizz was a breath of fresh air during my custody battle and divorce. I say this due to the fact I had a horrible experience and lost a significant amount of money with the first attorney I retained. She is an exceptional lawyer who knows the laws, fights ethically and with integrity but also understa...nds the realities of divorce and child custody battles due to having walked in these shoes herself in the course of her life, thus is empathetic to the distress of her clients but tenacious in caring for your legal needs. I highly recommend her and will utilize her in the future if legal issues arise.

The Toll of Unprofessionalism

The constant frustration and stress caused by Elizabeth Kuhn's unresponsiveness and questionable billing practices took a toll on my well-being. I would often find myself tossing and turning at night, unable to sleep as my mind raced with thoughts of the unresolved issues surrounding my case. The del...ays in communication only heightened my anxiety, as I constantly wondered what important information or updates I might be missing. Physically, the stress manifested itself in various ways. I would experience frequent headaches that seemed to linger throughout the day, making it difficult to concentrate on anything else. The tension in my muscles became a constant presence, causing me to feel stiff and uncomfortable. It was as if the weight of the unresolved legal matters was physically weighing me down. The constant belittlement and condescending attitude displayed by Elizabeth Kuhn left me feeling emotionally drained. It was disheartening to be treated with such disrespect, especially during a time when I was already vulnerable and in need of support. The constant negativity took a toll on my self-esteem, leaving me feeling diminished and devalued. As the dissatisfaction with Elizabeth Kuhn's services grew, so did my frustration and disappointment. Despite my efforts to address these issues and find resolution, there was no improvement in her performance or attitude. This lack of support and understanding left me feeling isolated and unsupported during a time when I needed it the most. In the end, the physical and emotional toll of the entire experience led me to make the difficult decision to terminate my professional relationship with Elizabeth Kuhn. It was a necessary step to regain control over my life and seek the fair and honest legal assistance I deserved.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

If it' s too good to be true.....it usually is. Do NOT waste your money with this attorney. Go find a firm who care about you and your case and not try to look at you as an ATM. Stay away from rookies and find an attorney who will be transparent and get you on the courts calendar and not waste your t...ime just as this attorney and firm did after I paid $8,000 with NO court date. I had to fire her and get a new attorney.
