Accident/Injury

YES, you need to hire Hait & Kuhn right now! I was injured in a car accident and as a highly educated individual, I thought I would be able to handle taking on the insurance company and get the treatment I needed to recover on my own, after all I wasn’t at fault. Less than two days later I was so... overwhelmed I called Hait & Kuhn. From the second I hired the firm, a huge burden was lifted off my chest. The entire staff is knowledgeable, versatile, compassionate, dedicated, and determined. Results

Lizz represented my in a alimony modification.. I had began my case with another firm and they just were not able to get anywhere with it .. Once I hired Lizz and her team for the first time ever I really felt liked they listened to me and made me feel they could help .. This case was tough and took ...quite some time but they had my back every step of the way . I really can't say enough to compliment them on all their hard work .. Also over the course of the litigation several personal friends had told me they also used Lizz for their legal needs and were very happy with their representation.

Thank you so much! We know litigation is taxing emotionally, and financially. We do not always get the slam dunk win like we did with your case, but by golly we will try for all of our clients. Amazing how small we learned this world is. It is a pleasure to write this review for Lizz, Irena and the whole team at North Metro Litigators. I unfortunately found myself facing a divorce, and interviewed several different attorneys to help me navigate what turned out to be one of the hardest life events to date that i have ever been th...rough. I could not imagine, looking back, having anyone else represent me through this process as we worked through a lot of crazy-Lizz and her team handled my case with confidence and know how due to the very apparent experience and expertise they possess. The firms communication of fees, timeline, expectations, and guidance were provided with great clarity. Every team member at the firm was available to answer any and all my questions, and answered them in an extremely timely manner with great detail so i could make decisions. I felt good through it all that i hired the right firm. I even found myself telling them often, "I'm so glad i hired a competent firm" because it didn't seem all attorneys are created equal as we started dealing with the opposing counsel. If you are reading this and have found yourself in a similar situation please do yourself a favor and look no further. This firm will get you through it. My utmost concern was the best outcome for my children and not being stripped of my rights as a loving and involved father. Number one Attorney in Georgia

They say " An attorney's true ability is measured in the evaluations of their peers" Liz as I know her meets and exceeds this statement. I have found since she has taken our case on has been "TOUGH as NAILS". The fight for custody of our children has been very difficult time in our life. Her and her ...firm has worked tirelessly to help me and my family come back together. She is a fantastic Attorney. Every moment of my case has been given the upmost attention and care.
