Mr. Jackson was very professional and kept us updated at all times. Helped my daughter and grandson to get out of a dangerous relationship. She was also able to gain full custody of her son. Mr. Jackson gave good tips and advice during my divorce. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The outcome of my divorce was better than I expected. He continues to provide advice when needed. The only issue I have is that I don't think his administrative staff is very knowledgeable nor are... they helpful. It is sometimes hard to get Mr. Jackson on the phone however I do know he is in court a lot. Since you have to deal with this staff on occasion, it would be nice if his staff was more knowledgeable and could provide answers to simple questions. Other than that, I was very satisfied with Mr. Jackson’s services.
