First of all Minerva is very knowledgeable and that's what made her stand out from the others I met with. That made me confident in her ability and that this would be a simple process. As best case scenario I was expecting some sort of fine for my super speeder ticket and at least some community serv...ice or DUI class for my DUI less safe.
