Great service

The staff was very friendly, as a someone who values customer service, I can say they had great service . As far as the settlement I would say I don’t consider them fighters. Iv had two cases with them and sadly I can’t say that I love the outcome of my second case. Although the service was nice the ...outcomes weren’t.

Needs to try harder

Sadly I felt the need to edit this review, i feel like Glenda Mitchell failed to go after my company’s UM with the same diligence they went after my own insurance policies UM, I had frequent calls and updates when dealing with my insurance, but now that my companies UM is involved, I have to call in ...every week for an update and it’s always the same answer! I’m now past the 60 working days deadline and I’ve gotten no real answers from anyone, maybe I just should have chosen a fighting firm because how I see it is my own insurance covered me regardless if I had Glenda Mitchell or not, it was easy, but ultimately they failed the battle with the policy who’s responsible to pay.

I thought she was my lawyer but 1 month before the statute of limitations on my case ran out she sent me all my paperwork back and dropped my case Leaving me scrambling to find a new Lawyer in less than a month... Shes not what she projects herself to be I think the insurance companys own her firm... She has a history of not taking insurance companys to court unless its a very high payoff for her firm All her cliants whos cases are twenty five thousand or less ..are told their case isnt worth taking to court... Dont fall for the lies on her bill boards shes owned by the insurance companys
