Review

I wish they were more communicative without me having to continuously ask questions. And they felt my work compensation. That I’ve sent twice. But process was quick. And came to my house the first time which I enjoyed since I was en capable of driving.

Needs to try harder

Sadly I felt the need to edit this review, i feel like Glenda Mitchell failed to go after my company’s UM with the same diligence they went after my own insurance policies UM, I had frequent calls and updates when dealing with my insurance, but now that my companies UM is involved, I have to call in ...every week for an update and it’s always the same answer! I’m now past the 60 working days deadline and I’ve gotten no real answers from anyone, maybe I just should have chosen a fighting firm because how I see it is my own insurance covered me regardless if I had Glenda Mitchell or not, it was easy, but ultimately they failed the battle with the policy who’s responsible to pay.
