Excellent Lawyer who fights for his clients. Most attorneys that I have use makes the case more about them or treat it as a business transaction verses a real life matter. Mr. Flinn took the matter serious and handle the case as if he was fighting for himself. If you are looking for a good attorney my family and I would strongly recommend that you look no further. Honest, trust worthy, and direct you have found your lawyer.

Mr. Flinn took my case when no else would, he appealed all the way to the Ga supreme court, got a favorable ruling and got my case settled just before trial.
I am happy that i met Mr. Flinn for cosulting on this case and finally got it resolved.

Mr Flinn, was great. He fought hard for us. He listened to what we had to say, he understood everything that was happening. He is a great lawyer. We would call him again if need be.

I had small case that no other lawyer would take because it was too much work for not enough money. Mr. Flinn took it and got me a settlement I was happy with. It took a while to get started at first, presumably because he was busy with other cases. His language is straight forward and to the point--he doesn't waste his time with fluff--it's not rude, that's just how busy lawyers are. With this, he answered all emails in a timely manner and answered all questions. That's really all you can ask of a lawyer.

I am thankful for his service, it ended a two-year hopeless nightmare.

We just completed a lemon law proceeding against FCA. Shortly after purchasing our Jeep Cherokee, we had major transmission problems that were not fixed by the dealer. After the final repair attempt, the car broke down on the way back from the dealer (after a new transmission was installed). The dealer discouraged me from filing lemon law proceedings and they wanted to give me another FCA vehicle with a credit for some discounted amount below what I had paid. A settlement was offered by FCA that was inadequate. Mr. Flinn's knowledge and 30+ years of experience in dealing with lemon law cases truly helped me in this case. We had the hearing and got everything we asked for from the arbitrator. We had the TAVT tax refunded, interest paid on the loan, dealer junk fees, UBER fees, car rental fees, etc...all refunded. If we didn't have Mr. Flinn representing us, we may have accepted the inadequate offer, which would have left an approximate $5K+ on the table. I found him to be responsive to e-mails and very thorough. The timelines for a lemon law proceeding (set forth by the state) seem to take forever, but Mr. Flinn kept us moving along and making key deadlines. Great job!

reached out to Mr. Flinn about a shady car deal and it took him week to return my call and once he did he was very rude and never listen to what I had to say he was in a rush to get me off the phone I was very upset about this because he not only made me feel unimportant but as if my little case was nothing very rude man I would never recommended anyone to his office... thank God a friend refer me to someone else and I was able to move forward with the case he claim I didnt have...

I hired Mr. Flinn to help me get custody of my children. This was about 15 years ago. At first I didn't like him he was stern, to the point and not personal at all. I stuck with him. I didnt need a friend, I needed an attorney! He was quick, efficient and effective! Even today I appreciate Mr. Flinn for putting business first and legally guiding me. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY 2012 AZERA HUYNDAI I PURCHASED FROM A BIG (MULTIBRAND) DEALERSHIP IN ATLANTA . THE DEALER WAS RUDE AND WAS NOT READY TO LISTEN.THE GM WAS SO ARROGANT HE EVEN CALLED POLICE ON US EVENTHOUGH IT WAS OUR THIRD NEW CAR FROM THEM,I CONTACTED MR. FLINN AND THATS IT, HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND HAD THEM TAKE THE CAR BACK AFTER ALMOST 22000 MILES AND HAD THEM PAY MY BANK OFF.HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND KEPT US INFORMED ALL THE TIME. ONE THING I WANT TO TELL EVERYBODY IS THAT HE IS THE BEST.

I had some concern with a vehicle I purchased a little over a month ago that would not pass emissions. With it being my very first purchase in the state of Georgia, I had no idea of how the process worked or my options. I called the attorney with hopes on obtaining advice on how to move forward and did not receive a callback for 2 weeks. When I finally heard back from him he acted as if it were a waste of his time to even talk to me. I advised we were able to get the car to pass emissions and he advised he would have told me to return the vehicle but it will be more difficult because the emissions has been passed. In any attempt to gather any further info he kept repeating info in a more stern voice and before I could say thanks he disconnected the call. My goodness I will never recommend anyone I know to him for assistance. Good luck.

I utilized Mr. Flinn's services for a Lemon Law case. His representation and guidance were effective and we WON.
