Grateful I made the call

The attorney that I called at first did not explain the process even though I hired him. I trusted that he was looking out for me and I guess I was wrong. After surgery and still having the same symptoms he was telling me that I had to settle ( for a small amount ) or I might lose it all. It didn’...t feel right but he kept bugging me telling me “you will be able to leave $5,000.00 for your grandsons as your legacy “, are you kidding me!!! Anyhow I was confused and scared until I called Jason and fired the other one. Jason explained the process and calmed me down and proceeded with my case. We just settled with a satisfying amount. More important than the amount is that I feel comfortable with my decision. I have never wrote one of these but I’m happy to write this review. Thank you Jason and the staff at your office, I’m at peace and I am very grateful that I made that call.

Choose Perkins Studdard

Working with Jason and his team made working through my workers compensation case a breeze. Up until I started working with Perkins Studdard law firm I was getting the run around from the insurance company and the company I worked for. As soon as I began working with Jason and his team all the stress... of dealing with the insurance company was gone. They handled every thing and I all I had to do was go to my appointments and focus o getting treated and better... I don’t know how I would have made it through my workers comp case without Perkins Studdard.

Integrity, knowledgeable, diligent, caring, dependable, ect. I could go on and on about the excellent service I received from this law firm. Jason Perkins and his legal staff went above and beyond helping me with my work comp case. All questions answered, all phone calls answered or returned in a... timely manner. I was treated with the utmost respect from beginning to end. To me, this firm was a Godsend! I am and always will be grateful for the hard work done by Jason Perkins and staff of Perkins/Studdard Law firm. Even after being told by a previously hired law firm that my chances were zero to none in obtaining any kind of compensation for my injury; Jason Perkins took my case and came through for me. Experience got my family back on track.

Excellent work from start to finish. They were always timely with answering questions or anything else that needed done. Very knowledgeable and experienced professionals with a family vibe. I'm sure not all cases move as quickly as mine did but I can assure you they will do everything in the power of... the law to get you what you deserve and do everything posible to make it a less painful situation than it already is. Jason is very good at explaining everything related to workmans comp. I have a much better understanding now of what it is and how to navigate it and what to look out for thanks to his thorough work and explanations behind the process. I will definitely recommend Perkins and Studdard to anyone needing help with the workers comp system. Thanks to Jason and his team my family is back on track.
