Awesome Attorney!!!!!!!
My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and had been turned down for disability. Mr. Garner told us when he took our case the best case scenario and the worst case scenario. He turned it around so quickly, he exceeded even his best case scenario! He was very attentive and knowledgeable....
Alesia, we appreciate your kind words. We try to make sure our clients know what to expect in their cases. Some severe medical conditions, such as Parkinson's, can be established as disabling through the Listing of Impairments. The Listing of Impairments describes, for each major body system, impairments considered severe enough to prevent an individual from doing any gainful activity. For the conditions clearly covered by the Listings, we will often have the treating physician complete a form early in the process describing how the claimant meets the severity requirements. If it is supported by their treatment notes, those are cases where we can get a quick and favorable decision. We are so happy you did not have to wait too long to get justice in your husband's claim.

If you are looking for a lawyer to help with your social security disability claim i highly recommend Stephen Garner. He is the most pleasant , honest and caring lawyer i have ever met. May not always happen this way , but my disability claim was approved the first time his office submitted it.
