My wife and I were referred to Joseph by one of our friends. We were thinking of a bigger firm with many billboard advertisements since we never know and heard his name around the town even we lived Gwinnett and DeKalb County for over 20 years. So it was a bit of hesitant to give our case to him. But... long story short, I never had a lawyer that responsive. It was between 35% ~ 45% of the total recovered amount depending on the phase of the litigation process. I believe we ended on the phase where the fee was at 40%. So the bottom line, we will definitely recommend him and his team for sure! Hopefully, we don't need to see him again for the reason that we've seen him in the first place but if we need to recover our medical bills or someone needs legal assistance to get their money recovered, we'll be back to him. Also, many people around us kinda surprised since our settlement was way faster than the typical litigation process by other lawyers.
