Tim Klob attended law school at Georgia State University. He obtained a degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as a transportation engineer preparing traffic studies for GDOT highway projects.

He is admitted to practice law in all Georgia courts and is also licensed in Georgia as a Professional Engineer. Mr. Klob is a retired Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel with over 25 years of military service. While in the Army Reserve, Tim served as a military lawyer in the JAG Corps. His assignments included representing wounded warriors in medical disability hearings and providing legal assistance to Soldiers and their families. As a result of his service on behalf of wounded warriors at Fort Hood, he was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal by the Army Medical Department.

Tim is passionate about ensuring that injured workers obtain the best possible medical treatment and financial outcome in their claims. His primary mission is helping injured workers navigate the workers’ compensation system and he understands that the second-order effects of a work injury can impact every other aspect of a client’s life. As a former engineer, Tim takes a systematic problem-solving approach to his cases, and he attempts to ensure that his clients are fully informed so they can make the best decisions possible at every step of the process.

Tim has also served as a Gwinnett County magistrate court judge as well as past president of the Walton County Bar Association. He has been selected for the Georgia Super Lawyers list, a rating service of outstanding lawyers for which no more than five percent of lawyers in each state are selected each year.

In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and rescue dogs.

Stellar Advocate!

Most recently I was referred to Mr. Timothy Klob for a slip and fall accident and even though he didn’t handle my type of claim, yet he assisted me. Awesome! Best I have ever dealt with!

I consulted with and hired Mr. Klob for my worker's compensation case. He and his staff did an amazing job for me! They were there for me through the tears and anger. Amazing

Tim and his staff and second to none. They are extremely patient with their clients yet know how to be professionally pushy with the opisition. He is very knowledgeable and helps ease the process of going through work comp. work comp is not a get rich quick scheme but he will do everything in his power to get you everything you are owed and deserve. His staff are always friendly and willing to help. This is not one of those big firms that you may only hear from once or twice a month. They are are always there for you and respond promtly to questions and concerns. Outstanding service!

Awesome attorney

Tim has gone over and above to make sure my workers comp claim was handled properly. They stopped making payments, Tim made sure they paid me and paid on time. He's been in constant contact with me and workers comp. He knows legal ways to help clients when workers comp is unwilling to do the right thing. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.

Personable and professional

Outstanding

Although my case is ongoing it goes without saying that win or lose Mr. Klob and his staff are second to none. Very patient and understanding. Legal Will

Excellent assistance by attorney and staff

From beginning to end everyone in the office made sure that my husband and I understood the process and felt comfortable with what was going on. We had an unusual Worker's Comp case that had been pending for over a year and in just a few short months Mr. Klob had help resolve the case in a beneficial manner. Klob Law

Mr. Klob was very helpful during my DOL appeal process. Although we did not win the case, he was a pleasure to work with. I have to mention Lisa in the front office.
