Contested divorce that ended in settlement out of court in 2022. I do not think representation was an expert on middle-high value asset protection. Did not have experience or good understanding of restricted stock units or veteran benefits (disability, home loan, healthcare); which resulted several s...tressful issues and outcomes heavily in favor of the respondent for a couple of years following the case. Not very responsive when issues were encountered and ultimately had to use other representation to sue, amend, and achieve a fair outcome in custody and financial arrangements. I think going directly to mediator would have resulted in the same or better outcomes and would have saved me over $25k in legal fees.
