Wow! What can I say about Victor, yes l called him by Victor because he treated me like family the moment I met him for a consultation. He also, said , Renea you don't have to call me Attorney Okeke, call me Victor. At that moment, Victor felt like family.
I contacted Victor in reference to a Notice of Intent to Revoke(NOIR) my original approved I130 Petition that I filed on behalf of my husband from USCIS.
Unfortunately, my husband had an interview with the US Embassy in Ghana and was denied because the consular felt our marriage was a shame for immigration purposes only. We were so devastated that the consulate felt our marriage wasn't real. We knew that our case had some challenges due to age gap, multiple marriages and Ghana being a high fraud country. With that said, choosing an experienced attorney that specializes in difficult immigration cases was paramount to us.
After meeting with Victor, I had no doubt that he was the one to prepare our rebuttal for the NOIR that we received from USCIS.
During the consultation, he was very thorough in explaining the process to me and requested that I submit as much evidence that I could gather in such a short time frame(we only hand three weeks to submit the rebuttal to USCIS.
I submitted a ton of evidence to him and he decipher the information and selected the evidence that would make a great impact in proving that our marriage is bonifide.
When Victor, emailed me a soft copy of the rebuttal and the evidence he selected to submit with the rebuttal, I was astonished in how professional this was done in such a short time frame. Being a formal paralegal and worked for many attorneys, I have never seen such excellent work!!!
Victor, is a man of integrity, very humble and truly love and have compassion for people that is going through this difficult process. He truly feel your pain and emphasize with you.
After Victor submitted the rebuttal, we were reaffirmed within 3 weeks. I truly believe we were approved so quickly because of the "Class A" rebuttal and packet that Victor submitted.
Excuse me for the long review, but I can go on and on in how we received such excellent service from Victor.
Oh I can't forget this...Victor cost for legal services are by far cheaper than other immigration law firms that I contacted. It says a lot again about his love and compassion for people.
Now we are waiting for my husband interview and I am sure he will be here with me in the USA very soon thanks to Victor.
Kudos to you Victor!!! Please if you are looking for an immigration attorney to handle your case, don't look any further. Victor is the one that will fight for you and yours.

I was referred to Mr Okeke by one of my clients. He was highly recommended and he is every bit of an attorney they said he was! He is so professional and very thorough that I had every confidence in him. You can always reach him and if not he returns your calls in a timely fashion! I can't say enough great thing about him! He got the condition lifted off my green card for my daughter and I today and we are beyond happy! I'm so impress with his services that I will definitely be using him again for our citizenship and I will highly recommend him to anyone!

I got my 2yr temp GC. My husband and I filed by ourselves and was approved. It came time to remove the conditions and we went to the lawyer in Norcross. We filled out our paperwork info on a sample paper for the secretary to type out the one being sent out to INS. Instead, they sent out the samples we filled out, which were not signed. INS returned it back to the lawyer and the secretary called us to let us know they returned the forms. We went in and that's when we realized she had sent in the sample forms we filled out. We made no biggie of the situation. I notified the lawyer of his secretary's error but he did nothing. Also get this, the secretary signed off on all the forms, not the lawyer. Made me wonder what we were paying for. The lawyer just basically looked at our evidences and said all was fine but they may send an RFE if anything is needed. This was in september and we got RFE in december. We sent in more paperwork but got called for interview few months later. By this time, my husband and I had issues and marriage was dissolved. I had to go for interview myself. The lawyer just advised me to withdraw the case and start all over and pay him a set of new fees. I decided to seek another opinion. This is when my friend referred me to Victor. He spoke in detail to me and analyzed my case and told me of the option of a waiver which would save me new filing fees. He gave me a price which were VERY VERY REASONABLE compared to what I had spent. His knowledge of immigration is vast. I brought in all my paperwork which he reviewed and gave me a drill with a sample interview. You really feel like he is an immigration officer interviewing. I was very confident going in for the interview and guess what, i got my 10year GC. He arranged my documents in order and quoted several immigration laws with each evidence making it easy for the interviewer to review my paperwork. At the interview, we also found out my old lawyer had sent in my paperwork late and signed off as myself saying I was sick, which was reason for delay. Extremely unprofessional of them. Just thought i would give my story. Do not second guess or think twice about it, use Victor. I promise you satisfaction, he goes above and beyond for his clients and his prices are reasonable. I will be referring any body else looking for an immigration lawyer. JUST DO IT...HE IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH WITH INS CASES

I had a very complicated case and was going back and forth, to the immigration court having been put in removal proceedings in Feb. 2009 in New Orleans.
My first attorney was only available when it was time to make payments to him. After paying him, he becomes invisible only to reappear in the next pay date.
However, everything changed when I moved from Louisiana to Atlanta and contacted Victor Okeke’s office in Aug. 2013. Victor immediately filed a motion to transfer my file from New Orleans immigration court to Atlanta immigration court which was granted. Victor listens more and talks less, but his actions speak volumes. He is very honest, thorough and dedicated. But most importantly, Victor was always available to discuss the progress my case with me.
Please, always get an immigration attorney when dealing with USCIS. I had a stokes interview in Nov. 2014 and my I-130 was approved same week in November. My court case was closed in March 2015, after Victor Filed a motion to terminate my immigration proceedings and my I-485 was transferred to USCIS for adjudication. We were called for another interview for my I-485 in June 2015, but my wife could not show up due to work related issues. Victor filed a brief and successfully argued that my wife’s presence be waived for the interview. It was granted and I was interviewed and my I-485 was approved. I now have my 10 year green card in my pocket.
Having dealt with more than one attorney, I will highly recommend that you contact Victor Okeke’s office if you have any dealings with either USCIS or immigration court. Victor’s expertise in all aspects of immigration law is second to none.

Mr Okeke is excellent. He is knowledgable, trustworthy and has a professional/efficient work ethic. He is always available to help explain the process and is proactive in strategizing future obstacles. My husband's case was organized well and when he presented himself to the embassy for a CR-1 visa was approved the first time. Mr Okeke was a great help to us and we highly recommend him to represent your case. He will go the extra mile for you.
