Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed and negatively impacted by the fact that Russel Keener did not appear for my initial hearing. This absence resulted in significant delays, costing me additional time and forcing me to wait months for a new hearing. Such an oversight is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of preparedness or commitment to my case. The advice I received often felt inconsistent and, at times, involved harsh and un compassionate statements. It appeared that when it was time for Russel Keener to perform essential duties, there was a consistent lack of familiarity or readiness concerning my case details.
