I'm changing my status from 5 to 1 as I got a text message saying my case which has been open with this office for more than 2 years is closed without any explanation. I kept calling, texting and left multiple voicemail and got nothing back. The worst part is in the text it said this is the info to t...he insurance adjuster. I called the insurance company and they won't give me any info since this firm is representing me. I've never seen this level of unprofessional services to be dropped by a text message and no one is giving an explanation or communicating back as to why. MORE THAN 2 YEARS, AND ALL I GET IS A TEXT MESSAGE CLOSING THE CASE!!???? ITS NOT DONE IN ERROR EITHER!!!

They are the worst lawyers I have ever experienced I called and let them know that because of this accident I have had to have surgery not once but twice I'm currently in a cast on my wrist due to this accident that I was in because of the surgery I had to have I had to miss my mother's funeral and c...an't even go to her ashes spreading I called to let them know that the aunt that I had to move in with because when I was first made homeless she is moving to a smaller unit and still the day has come where I have to move out and I still haven't heard back from the attorney and I let them know what they might was moving I am so from part to satisfied in this Law Firm I would never have a chose it had I known I was going to go through these many problems they are the worst firm I have ever seen
