Billing dispute and performance issues

I have been assisting my brother with a billing dispute which transitioned into litigation with this firm since 2019. They were handling a medical POA family matter, as our father was terminally ill. In my opinion, they mishandled the case and they charged thousands of dollars unfairly.

Professional Attorney

My experience with Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor Law firm and specifically Atty Melanie Webre was professional, honest and trustworthy. My biggest concerns were (1) A lawyer that was willing to work with my busy schedule because I’m in the military and live out of town. (2) The cost. (3) Would this p...rocess be time consuming and arduous? Atty Webre cast all my fears aside with our first consultation. I am very pleased with the outcome and I would highly recommend Atty Webre to anyone that is looking for a professional and competent attorney.
