I truly cannot say enough about Matthew!! He is personable, always available, highly responsive, and detail oriented. The situation did not directly pertain to me, but I have exclusive knowledge about the work he was able to complete. He moved quickly and was incredibly efficient in his ability to... clearly communicate with the person involved. Although I served as a support person for the individual involved, I can say that I was super impressed. He was able to get the situation completely resolved, dismissed, and expunged in a month when others said it would take a year or more!
