Best Lawyer in Atlanta, GA

My experience with Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor was nothing short of exceptional and professional. When I approached them, I had actually contacted the wrong law firm but because of how Miss Pamela Lewis made me feel after speaking with her, I decided to proceed with them. And, I must say, it was was... the best decision that I could have made with the situation that I was in. I needed a bulldog of a lawyer and Judy Sartain was all that and more. Judy Sartain and her team (Kristi Culpepper, Catherine Sartain, Maira Gutierrez, Stephany Garcia-Herrera, Brittni Delk, Pamela Lewis) were from day one, dedicated, compassionate, empathetic, and committed to support me throughout the entire process. Communication is very important to me and that they provided without question. From day one communication was always clear, concise, and consistent. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case because the entire team made sure that I always knew what was going on at all times. Amazed what Judy got me!!

I highly recommend Judy Sartain if you are searching for a great attorney who cares about the interest of her clients. Personally I went through a divorce a year ago and had horrible attorney that was not involved with my case. Thankfully Judy Sartain was Highly Recommended by a supervisor at Hall Co...unty Courthouse. I was incredibly impressed by Judy and her staffs attention to detail & truly responding immediately when I email any questions. Not only did Judy correct every thing the attorney messed up she mediated for me and got me more than I would have ever imagine while keeping cost down and out of be the courtroom.

Excellent Lawfirm!

Judy Sartain was highly recommended to us in the middle of a two-year drawn-out custody proceeding that didn't seem to be working in our favor. As soon as Judy and her team were hired, they worked tirelessly to ensure our legal goals were met and that our Grand babies were afforded the opportunity to... have a chance at a life that would allow them to prosper. Legal fees were expensive but worth the outcome! Her team was professional, responsive and prepared! She exceeded my expectations and provided every option to a desired end and success for my Family. Today I rest easy and am postured to allow my Grandbabies to enjoy a good life. A big thanks to Judy, Stephanie and the entire team.

Excellent Divorce & Child Custody Attorney

I first hired Judy Sartain to represent me as my divorce attorney when I was left homeless with a baby due to financial and emotional abuse. After speaking with several attorneys previously, I knew she was the right attorney to handle my case. When my ex took me back to family court for child custod...y and support modification several years later, I again chose Ms. Sartain to represent me as I had already experienced her incredible demeanor in court. Child Custody is the most stressful and financially draining experience a parent can go through in life. Ms. Sartain helped me through these difficult moments with quick response times and an impeccable execution during my mediation where I was able to resolve everything without the need for a trial thanks to her empathetic support. I would recommend her and her daughter to anyone needing a divorce or family law attorney.

Best Lawyer I have ever worked with!!!

I retained Judy Sartain and her team to help assist me in my divorce. From the initial consultation, I felt that they really had compassion for my case and felt that if I trusted them to represent me that they would take care of me. They were with me every step of the way and available whenever I ha...d a question. Judy and her team took what was an already stressful moment in my life and mad it a little bit easier.
