The best lawyer for the job.

After filing for a step parent adoption with a previous lawyer who did not know the law, we found Judy. She has been a lifesaver for our family. Judy knows family law (heck she helped write some of it) like the back of her hand. She isn’t afraid to put up a fight to protect your family. Judy convince...d a judge to make a ruling from the bench to terminate rights of an absent father and grant The adoption of My two sons to me. I’m so thankful for the work she has done, she completed in a matter of weeks after hiring her what it has taken us years of fighting for. She was with out a doubt the best lawyer for the job. Professional, Experienced, knowledgeable, fierce, quick, full of wit, and a joy to work with.

Successful adoption

We needed help with an adoption and could not have asked for better representation! Mrs. Sartain and her team made the process as uncomplicated as possible. She took the time to review our case and started working on it immediately. I have been kept up to date and all my calls and emails with questio...ns were addressed immediately by herself and team. Even with the Covid-19 delays we are happy to say we are now the adoptive parents of 2 beautiful girls! Not knowing the what if's and How to's was ok because Mrs. Sartain and her team knew exactly what needed to be done to make this a successful adoption! It is also very helpful to see a bi-monthly statement of what is being performed on your behalf with itemized charges. We would highly recommend Mrs. Sartain and her team.

We are now a complete family

We found Judy through a referral, and we a certainly glad we called her. She took our case and, helped us, finalize the adoption that we had been needing for over 4 years. She Met with us and only 4 short months later, we finalized our step parent adoption, and became a complete family. We are lookin...g to adopt a second child soon and we will definitely call her when its time. Although a little hard to get in touch with because of her busy schedule, you can rest assured that she is working on your case. Thank you Judy, I know we were not the easiest case.
