Rockstar lawyer!

This firm truly cares about it's clients and works diligently to provide the best legal service they can for you! Judy was a star and prevented me from losing any of my visitation time with my son. They communicated with me consistently to keep me informed about my case and helped me along when it ca...me time to go to court. Judy was incredible and I will be using her in the future if necessary as she is the only legal representation I will want going forward!

Judy will fight to keep your family together

Hiring Judy as my lawyer has been one of the best deicisons I have made hands down. Here is a little backstory regarding my case. My sons biological father had been completely uninvolved in his life since he was born, providing absolutely nothing. It wasn't until he found out that I had gotten engage...d to the man who had been raising my son as his own that he decided to file for legitimation. All the lawyers I had talked to at this point suggested that I enter in a agreement with the biological father. All but Judy, thanks to her expertise and tenacity the Judge denied the legitimation case. Thanks to this, my son can now be adopted by my husband who has been raising him as his own.

The best lawyer for the job.

After filing for a step parent adoption with a previous lawyer who did not know the law, we found Judy. She has been a lifesaver for our family. Judy knows family law (heck she helped write some of it) like the back of her hand. She isn’t afraid to put up a fight to protect your family. Judy convince...d a judge to make a ruling from the bench to terminate rights of an absent father and grant The adoption of My two sons to me. I’m so thankful for the work she has done, she completed in a matter of weeks after hiring her what it has taken us years of fighting for. She was with out a doubt the best lawyer for the job. Professional, Experienced, knowledgeable, fierce, quick, full of wit, and a joy to work with.

When every other lawyer says it can't be done......go to Atty. Judy Sartain!!!!!

Judy was absolutely amazing! We had tried to go through stepparent adoption in Columbus, GA as well as Alabama & had hit roadblocks every time. Everyone else told us that they would never vote in favor of alleviating the biological mother's rights even though she was on drugs, unemployed, had multi...ple charges for felonies, (need I go on?). We were really naïve to think that all it took was love, excellent parenting and financial/emotional stability on our part. We had done everything right.....but sometimes that is not enough in the law's eyes. Finally we were given the name Judy Sartain through another lawyer & boy was it the best gift we could have hoped for! Judy knew she was working against the clock because my husband was going to be deployed any day. She made magic happen & finally after years of going bankrupt with other attorneys Judy got the job done!! I am so proud to say our amazing little girl is graduating this year & has multiple college offers/scholarships, won countless awards for academics/athletics and is up for Miss USA. All of this was possible because Judy knew if our baby was sent back to the "egg donor" aka biological mother our daughter would not have stood a chance! Our baby's future would have been over and she would have become game for the multiple drug users the biological mother dated, lived in absolute poverty & had zero support, love or guidance. I begged Judy not to let this happen & Judy assured us she would spend every minute making sure it did not! The day our daughter was awarded to us completely (egg donor's rights terminated) there was not a dry eye in the courthouse. I would highly suggest Atty. Judy Sartain to anyone who is looking for an honest, ethical, caring and (thank goodness!) patriotic attorney. She is the reason my daughter's future looks so bright!

Excellent service and compassion!

Judy Sartain is a consummate professional. She was able to assist us with our inter-state adoption in a manner that our home state attorney could not. In fact, after placement and during our extended waiting period in our home state, Judy served as a consultant and was able to answer all of our que...stions! This has been an amazing experience because of Ms. Sartain's efforts and our family will forever be indebted to her for representing the best interests of the beautiful child we adopted into our family! She is remarkable, knowledgeable, professional, and in a phrase, the best!
