Kinship adoption

Our family is very grateful to Judy and her team for quickly getting our kinship adoption processed and finalized before our soon to be adopted son turned 18. The team was extremely professional, communicated very well and helpful with every step of the adoption process. An Exceptional Attorney

Our family was in need of a caring and creative attorney to handle a difficult matter that involved an uncommon set of circumstances. Simply we wanted an attorney who was up for a challenge. We initially did not find a lawyer confident enough to take it on or comfortable with a case that would requi...re some thinking outside the box. But then we found Judy Sartain and we knew we were in good hands. She and her team made it happen. They were exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, and professional from both a lawyering and financial perspective. And at the hearing, Judy was nothing short of great I was touched by her remarks to the judge, the way she characterized our petition, so as to make the result seem obvious - virtually inevitable. But we all know that wasn't so, that we came to Judy after other attorneys were uncertain how to proceed in our situation The difference with Judy is that she embraced the uncertainty and enabled the judge to see the humanity in our request. The judge ruled in our favor on all aspects of our petition. Our family is forever grateful to Judy and her team.

Excellent and Passionate Attorney

Judy Sartain has given us what previous attorneys said was impossible, the adoption of our 3 children. We had a complicated case and had been in the court system for 10 years fighting for custody. At the end of our rope, we went to Judy Sartain and her team. She listened, she understood all the compl...exities, and with her wit and vast knowledge gave us a true hope that she could finally give us the adoption we had prayed for. Awesome firm!!

When you don't know where to turn for a custody lawyer, Don't Panic. Just call Judy Sartain and she will do everything plus to take care of you .She has been with us from the start with our grandson. She is the best custody lawyer around. She knows and does her job very well. There prices are fair an...d we are on disability. There quick at gitten-r-done. She listens and talks to you and makes sure you have facts and understands them. She will fight hard for you to keep your children safe. She is just AWESOME!! And the staff, well there awesome too. They are friendly and helpful. They move fast to get results fast. Hands down that this firm is the best around. Highly recommended!!! I give them 10 stars. They will always be my first choice in family law. Try them, you will like them too

Adoption

Judy Sartain is by far the top adoption attorney in NE Georgia. Our case was very difficult, she took the time to make us feel secure, ensured we were updated and knowledgeable of all the details happening in our case. She fought hard, never left our side and spent countless hours going above and bey...ond to work the law to ensure our daughter was brought home where she belongs, will grow, thrive and has more love then she will ever know what to do with. If you are seriously considering adoption Judy and her team will work endlessly to bring you and your child together forever! We are forever thankful and grateful that we made the BEST choice when retaining Judy as our attorney, I do not believe that if we had retained anyone other then Judy they would have ever worked as hard or had the same outcome in the amount of time she did.
