Adoption - Interstate | Kinship - Grateful

I adopted my niece's baby. I had an interstate, high risk pregnancy, kinship adoption, and I didn't know where to begin. I didn't know anything about adoption or lawyers, and google searches on my kind of adoption weren't answering certain questions. I talked to an adoption lawyer in Texas (my state)..., and that didn't feel right. Based on advice from a friend at church, I found a lawyer in the state of my child's birth, Judy Sartain. And once I spoke to her and her team, I realized I was on the right path. ICPC regulations and interstate adoption made things complicated, and Judy and her team helped me navigate the requirements and legalities, including helping me with my niece signing off and giving me custody when we left the hospital after the birth. Judy talks to you like she's known you forever, and she was sweet to my niece during the delicate conversation at the hospital. I had questions throughout the process, and Judy and her team answered them. Getting ICPC approvals from both Georgia and Texas, Judy and her team got me and the baby back home in time for Christmas. The adoption was finalized soon after. I look back, and I know I would have been lost in the process, if it wasn't for Judy and her team. I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you.

Excellent and Passionate Attorney

Judy Sartain has given us what previous attorneys said was impossible, the adoption of our 3 children. We had a complicated case and had been in the court system for 10 years fighting for custody. At the end of our rope, we went to Judy Sartain and her team. She listened, she understood all the compl...exities, and with her wit and vast knowledge gave us a true hope that she could finally give us the adoption we had prayed for. Very Competent

Judy came recommended to me by a friend and she helped me work through a very frustrating family court to get custody of my grandchild. Judy definitely knows her law field and I was thankful for her knowledge and ability to read the judge and know how to maneuver in working through our case in court.... Her team responded to me quickly when we communicated and they worked together to make sure I was set for court. I would hire Judy again in the future.

Awesome firm!!

When you don't know where to turn for a custody lawyer, Don't Panic. Just call Judy Sartain and she will do everything plus to take care of you .She has been with us from the start with our grandson. She is the best custody lawyer around. She knows and does her job very well. There prices are fair an...d we are on disability. There quick at gitten-r-done. She listens and talks to you and makes sure you have facts and understands them. She will fight hard for you to keep your children safe. She is just AWESOME!! And the staff, well there awesome too. They are friendly and helpful. They move fast to get results fast. Hands down that this firm is the best around. Highly recommended!!! I give them 10 stars. This firm truly cares about it's clients and works diligently to provide the best legal service they can for you! Judy was a star and prevented me from losing any of my visitation time with my son. They communicated with me consistently to keep me informed about my case and helped me along when it ca...me time to go to court.
