Jim Fletcher's quiet title practice is focused upon helping families in probate matters, estate planning, and in quiet title actions.
For probate matters, Mr. Fletcher's office is conveniently located close to the Cobb Probate Court, and he also helps clients in other counties. He helps file to become an executor or administrator of an estate, and to clear the entire probate process as efficiently as possible.
For estate planning, Mr. Fletcher helps clients with trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced healthcare directives, living wills, and more. We will help put a plan in place for your family.
Mr. Fletcher is known as an expert in quiet title actions, including clearing title to tax deeds, situations with deceased owners, resolving title problems including old liens and security deeds, adverse possession claims, border disputes, and more.
Recognizing over a decade of expertise and experience, Jim was named to the Super Lawyers list for 2021 and multiple previous years. This list is limited to the top 5% of attorneys in each state.
He also speaks at Georgia continuing legal education seminars.

He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was Executive Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Justice/President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Kennesaw State University.
