Blake L. Kilday is an associate attorney with Moore, Ingram, Johnson & Steele, LLP. Blake obtained his undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Georgia State University College of Law. While attending Georgia State University College of Law, Blake was a member of the executive board of the Student Health Law Association and competed in several national health law competitions. Blake also represented clients for the Health Law Partnership Legal Services Clinic and assisted in drafting bills for Georgia legislators.

While awaiting the results of the Georgia Bar Examination, Blake interned for the Honorable Philip Raymond, III of the Superior Court of Bibb County, where he participated in numerous legal proceedings and conducted extensive research for the Court.

Upon admittance to the State Bar of Georgia, Blake returned to his hometown of Woodstock, Georgia, to accept a position with Meriwether & Tharp, LLC. Divorce and separation Attorney | Aug 01
Relationship: Supervised lawyer
"I had the opportunity to meet Blake before he passed the Bar to become a licensed attorney. Blake impressed me with four things. 1) Finding his Why. He wanted to make sure that he chose the right field of law. He did not want to be a lawyer who just looked at what he did as a job. When he thought he might want to focus on family law, he took an unpaid internship with a Judge to make sure that was the right choice. 2) Seeking wisdom and experience. Blake reached out beyond the classroom to learn from other lawyers. If someone recommended a book, he would read it. 3) Serving his clients. Blake wanted to serve his clients as fully as he could. He would read or listen to anything that would improve his ability to do this. He desired to love the law so that he could have the greatest impact for his clients. 4) Work Ethic. Blake will work tirelessly for the benefit of his clients. If he does not know the answer immediately, he will research it and find the answer."
