Attorney Peevy's lack of interest on my case was incredible. On the day of trial, Attorney Peevy arrived at the courtroom 2 minutes before it started. Opposing counsel arrived 10 minutes prior and was advising his counsel. He did not bring any of the documents that could have been introduced into evidence. He did not challenge the allegations made by opposing counsel. After the trial was done, he promptly got up and left the courtroom while I was in total shock at the outcome. When I returned to his office, he was unavailable and blamed the outcome on me. On the day of trial, he submitted a revised child support worksheet without my knowledge. This revised worksheet significantly revised my earnings downward. I believe that this action irked the judge so she ordered me to pay all of the defendant's attorneys fees(over $5,000). Attorney Peevy did not respond to emails, advising me to call him if I had an urgent matter. This attorney is not a litigator. He will not fight for you.
