Exceptional Communicator/Educator

I was referred to Attorney Rouse after a few consultations I made with other attorneys that didn’t go quite so well. You can probably only imagine all the anxiety and stress that builds up by not knowing what to exactly expect (much like most) in an unfamiliar situation like this. I must say, most of my concerns, my questions and options were pretty much communicated to me in layman’s terms, I felt a sense of ease and quite impressed with my experience in every point of communication. Attorney Rouse was always professional and very patient with making sure he educates you on his knowledge and strategy so you will leave the conversation with some comfort in knowing that both parties are clear in regards to the desired outcome in mind so you just simply have to “Trust the Process”! Had a complicated case and Mr rouse stood for the challenge

I had a complicated criminal case that changed through the course of the two year case. Mr Rouse handles things in a professional manner comprehensive explanation of the situation once its time to handle his business he does just that I thought I was going to prison but he was able to get my sentance into something manageable. When he walks in the court room you can see the respect the court has for his work. He talks to you like a person not like a paid client doesn't make you feel dumb if your not educated on a situation he will explain in a kind clear and consice way. If you don't know who to turn to and you don't wanna get lost in a larger lawfirm but need a legal warrior he is your guy. And he isn't a coward or scared in court he knows his stuff. Calm in the midst of the storm

Knowledgeable and responsive; would HIGHLY recommend!

Skilled and knowledgeable

Once I was informed about my case and had to go to court; I was so worried because I could’ve lost everything if I didn’t get rouse. His pricing was good and was so professional, so I decided to try him out. He informed me about my solutions, and answered every question I had. The odds didn’t look in my favor at all considering what I have done, but he managed to get me completely off the hook , he’s very skilled and knowledgeable in the Gwinnett area laws are least and I would highly recommend him after what he done for me.

Would HIGHLY recommend!

Carlton was great! He is very fair and upfront with pricing and expectations. He is very thorough and quick with responses both in and out of the courtroom. He does not back down and will put up a great fight for you if it is the right thing, even when the odds are not great. I am a father that had a ugly custody battle. With Carlton's support, I was able to win primary custody of my son to keep him in a stable home (not an easy task). Hopefully I will never need his services again, but should the situation arise, he would be my first phone call.

Awesome lawyer

Attorney Rousse represented me in my divorce case that is just about ending. It was a long process due to issues with the other party. He has been there with me throughout the whole thing. Attorney Rousse made sure that I received justice knowing what I been through. Even when the opposing attorney tried to fight unfairly he made sure she couldn’t take advantage of the situation. Everything she tried to come at us with he was ready for her. Thank you for your help it was much appreciated. If needed I would definitely hire attorney Rousse again.

Knowledgeable and fair

I met Mr. Rouse by accident via phone. The previous 72 hours were filled with anger and anxiety of dealing with an impending matter. Mr. Rouse was able to calm my fears with his years of knowledge and expertise in law. He ignited in me a confidence that was quickly diminishing, to stay the course and fight til the end. Amazing

Excellent Service and got the Job done right the first time!

Mr Rouse provided excellent service from the beginning to the end , I have already given out 4 business cards to people whom I thought could use his services. He's very professional , a great negoiator , excellent in dealing with issues as they arise within your case and keeps you up to date as things move forward. My wife and I felt very comfortable from the first conversation as we told Mr Rouse the details pertaining to our situation. He was very sympathetic and offered suggestions that he would try to accomplish from day one and stayed with the game plan we had. please give Mr Rouse a call if your on the fence or just searching for counsel , you will not be disappointed , I walked away out of that court room with probation AGAIN, and we all knew, I should have been given 12 months jail time min, I can't wait to give him a call again to complete my process once my probation fines and fees are paid and go back to court to terminate. Thanks again for making a miracle happen in my case, my wife and I will never forget what took place in that court room on March 25th of 2019. Outstanding Job!

It has been a pleasure having Mr. Rouse represent my husband during this difficult time for our family. From day one Mr. Rouse was very professional and direct with the information that we both needed to know/understand about his case. Going through this process was totally new to me, but Mr. Rouse took the time to make sure I was understanding and knew the next steps. (good or bad) The day that my husband went before the judge Mr. Rouse asked that I also appear in court so the judge could see the support. I’m glad that we made the decision for me to show support by coming from out of state, it’s my belief that the judge had an opportunity to see the type of people my husband and myself are. Good people make bad mistakes and have to answer for them accordingly. With much prayer, fasting and the hard work of negotiation between Mr. Rouse and his peers, my husband’s case ended with him making payment and probation to settle the case instead of him having to do any additional time in jail. To God Be the GLORY! If you have looking for someone to have your family member BEST INTEREST at heart give Attorney Carlton Rouse a call and allow him the opportunity to review your case.
