    My child's father is paying 241$ a month based on false income information he gave. He works for Coca Cola company driving trucks so I know he makes more than enough to help me. I was told I couldn't contest it without a lawyer or wait 3 years.

    Go to the clerk of count in the county where the order was issued. If the order came from Superior Count then go to that clerk's office. If it came from Juvenile Court, then go there.

    You do need an attorney because you are facing criminal charges. You need to either call around or call the Atlanta Bar Association and ask for a referral.

    You do have the right to dismiss your attorney, however, depending on where your case is in the process, the judge may not continue the case until you get a new attorney.
