    How is she the father of your children? The only way she can be required to pay child support is that she is the biological parent or legally adopted parent. Is she either of those?

    Clearly your divorce is not uncontested mid there are issues of outstanding debt. If you do not have a lawyer, you need one.

    You will never know what you case is worth if you do not get an attorney involved in your case. The insurance company will not be fair to you without an attorney. Retain an attorney to represent you.

    You retained an attorney for the case, however, the attorney can not make the DA drop the case. You paid that attorney for advice and that attorney has provided you with advice. Follow the advice of your attorney. That is why you paid the attorney.

    Once you put it in the hands of the police, it is out of your hands and is up to the prosecutor. Your boyfriend is in need of a criminal defense attorney. Retain an attorney for him as soon as possible.
