    The issues here is not if you can take it but if you will be able to keep it. The cars are marital property if purchased doing the marriage. There is a slim possibility that a judge will award both cars to you if she does have a car.

    If your doctor put you on light duty and they have light duty available, which is what it sound like you are doing, then they can. You need an attorney to represent you or you will not be treated fair.

    Sine there is no custody order in place, both parents are entitled to custody of the children. If one parent give up custody so that the children can live in a better school district then that would be acceptable. However, if it is contested by the other parent, the it could be an issue.

    Unless the warrant is a bench warrant, he should have a bond. You should be able to bond him out.
