Sherry Neal and her Assistant, Jodi Greenberg, made the process for a new will and testament easy and comprehensible. The answers to my questions were always prompt and very clear so I had no difficulty making decisions on what to include especially for the Advance Directive for Health Care and provisions for trust funds. They also provided a very helpful worksheet to list all the pertinent information regarding my personal property and specific wishes to help the Executor carry out the terms of the will with as little complication as possible.

Sherry was the first attorney I contacted when my husband and I started looking into a step parent adoption. It is all very confusing and Sherry responded very quickly and gave me so much information and even recommended we contact the Grandparent/Relative Caregiver Project. Despite this organization not typically handling step parent adoptions and Sherry not having handled many step parent adoptions where the biological parent had not given consent, she went above and beyond to help us. If not for Sherry, the organization may not have handled our case. Sherry seemed to handle our situation with ease despite this not being a typical case for her, she didn't miss a step.
Sherry was on top of keeping us in the loop and always handled everything in a timely matter. She was so wonderful during the entire process.
Check out her firm's site and you can see for yourself, Sherry isn't just a great lawyer, you can tell she's a genuinely wonderful person.
My husband is officially the legal father of our 4 year old daughter and we would not be where we are today if not for Sherry V. Neal.
I highly recommend her and her husband if you are in need of any service that they offer.
