When hiring an attorney you have to know the right questions to ask as if you were in a job interview being interviewed by someone. After talking with Ms Daniels I found out that we were in agreement about a lot of things. She is very up and above board and very trustworthy and confident. I have full trust in her and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. She handled my case expeditiously.

I took out a TPO to protect myself per the polices request, and I felt I needed legal counsel. I had never been through any thing like this, and I was scared. I called Attorney Daniel's office, and she answered the phone personally. She was in court, and she asked if I would call her office and leave my name and phone number. She said I will call you as soon as I leave court. So, I called her office, and the person who answered the phone listened to me and said Attorney Daniels will take care of you. For some reason, I hung up the phone knowing I had made the right call. Attorney Daniels did call me as soon as she left court. I prayed to God that I would find the right attorney, and I did. Attorney Daniels listened to me, my side of the story and went to work advocating on my behalf. She gave me her personal cell number and was always available to either talk or reply via texting, which is almost unheard of. Through this process, I learned how a attorney should treat a client, and that is with mutual respect and understanding. Not only did she advocate on my behalf, but she also gave me guidance through the entire process, which in turn gave me options in the outcome. She explained what to expect, what might happen and her intentions with representation. With her honesty and my best interest from the start, I just knew in my heart I had chosen the right attorney. I understood that she believed in me and would do her best to advocate on my behalf as possible. There could have been several different outcomes in this situation, however, Attorney Daniels listened to my capabilities overall, and the end results were the best possible for me. Mrs. Daniels has been a true blessing sent from above for my husband and I. Last year we were both falsely accused of felony crimes that we did not commit. Imagine being 4 months pregnant and being arrested and taken to jail with no priors, it was a nightmare experience and I feared for the health of my unborn child. From the first time I spoke with Attorney Daniels she gave me the peace and confidence I needed to know she was going to handle this case for us and help us get our lives back. Not only was she very instrumental and successful in getting all the erroneous charges dropped against us she is also helping us in seeking justice for the crimes that were ironically committed against us. She has been professional from the start, very real, and not just about the money but genuinely caring about our situation. She demonstrates that by her promptness in correspondence, she returns calls if she’s not answering the first time you call. She provided us with her personal cell, and with that she texts us updates about our case and answers any questions we have. Of all of this it’s the personal touch that has meant the most to me. If there was ever a time I was having anxiety about my case and wanted to come in and talk about it, she has always allowed me, and for that I’m forever grateful! If you want a lawyer who has the knowledge and experience on both sides of the fence, one who cares about your situation and not just your money, then Attorney Jennifer Daniels is the one you need to hire. I am in the armed forces stationed in VA and I was under a time limit to take care of a failure to appear and a felony charge down in GA. She made a very scary and stressful time for me easier to handle because I knew she would do what she said she would do. She kept me up to date with the progress of my case, and helped me understand exactly what I was walking into. she was able to get the case dismissed and my record expunged within the time frame I was given which was 21 days. If a fantastic attorney is what you seek, call Ms. Daniels.

So far, so good.
I am in the process of hiring Ms. Daniels, and from the few times we've spoken on the phone, she has put my mind at ease. It's amazing to see all the positive reviews she has received, and really takes the tension away.

A Passionate and Gifted Attorney - Excellent Results! Track Record of Success
Jennifer Daniels is a caring counselor and a gifted attorney. She is passionate about representing her clients. My son was facing 25 charges, including a number of felonies. From our initial consultation, I was at ease; Jennifer inspired confidence and trust. She took action immediately, kept us updated, and pushed the process along. I watched in court as Jennifer subtly and skillfully used every strategy available to obtain the best results. 20 of the charges, including the worst of them, were dropped and my son will go to boot camp rather than prison. In all respects, you cannot find an attorney better than Jennifer Daniels.

Thank God for Ms. Daniels!
My son and his friend were charged in Gwinnett County with some serious felony offenses a year or so ago. Someone recommended Jennifer Daniels to us and she proved to be a godsend. She managed to get all the charges dismissed and my son walked away without any conviction from this mess. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help in a criminal case.

Don't waste your time with other lawyers, just call Ms. Daniels
I went through 3 lawyers before a friend told me about Ms. Daniels, the moment I met her I knew that she not only was very knowledgeable but actually seemed to care about my case and what I was going through. After months of dealing with this, Ms. Daniels made a few phone calls and my case was actually dismissed. She is amazing and I will always be so appreciative of what she did for me.

Great Lawyer! Would Trust Her With Anything.
I hired Jennifer Daniels to handle a personal injury case of mine last year after I had been injured in a car wreck. She did a phenomenal job in getting all the information together like my medical records, reports and stuff and got the insurance company to pay me the policy limits for my injuries. She was always there to answer my questions and let me know what was going on.
