I have worked with Donald Kuperman for over 15 years. He is very dedicated to his clients needs. He is thorough in his review of each case, often creating a course of action that ensures that his clients prevail even when opposing parties alter their accusations.Clearly, Don strategically plans for all contingencies from the opposing parties.

Donald Kuperman is one of the worst lawyers in State of Georgia. I have been dealing with lawyers for the last twenty five years and unfortunately I hired him to represent me in a case. He missed deadlines in filing certain papers and he did not represent me zealously. I asked him to include certain claims in a lawsuit and he intentionally did not do it. I had to hire another lawyer to clean up the mess that he created. Kuperman charged me over $5,000 in drafting an Agreement that was worthless. According to one of his bills, he charged me for 16 hours while he was at home on the weekend. He is in this profession not to serve the best interest of his clients but how to over charge clients without the right representation. It is a shame to have lawyers in this caliber.

I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Don and have referred clients to him. Don is a very competent attorney who works hard for his clients and cares about them. He is very experienced with real estate matters, including community association law. He also handles real estate litigation.
