Ms. Ellis-Hoyle has practiced law for thirty years here in Georgia. She specializes in all areas of family/domestic law including divorce, child custody, child support, modification, contempt, paternity and more. She also has an extensive practice in the area of injury law, including workers' compensation, brain injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death. She has litigated child custody cases involving international law. Some of these countries include Ethiopia, China, Belgium, the Phillipines, Ivory Coast and Ireland. WIth a degree in psychology, she is aware and able to assist with the emotional aspects which always accompany a domestic dispute or injury matter.
Ms. Ellis-Hoyle has been named an AV preeminent attorney by Martindale-Hubbell for over twenty years, and has been awarded Top Lawyers in Georgia, as well as inclusion in the Bar Registry of Preeiminent Women Lawyers. She is the co-author of a college textbook currently in use in Georgia.
