I was served with court papers a couple of years ago by a credit card company/collection agency. I called several lawyers up but all they wanted me to do was file bankruptcy which wasn’t actually looking good for my case.
I finally called one lawyer who had mailed a solicitation letter to me. He also suggested bankruptcy to me. When I refused to go that route, he recommended Kevin J Pratt to me. The lawyer told me that Kevin was the only lawyer that would go to court to defend my case with a higher probability of success because that is one of his specialties. Kevin got the case dismissed as well as won another similar case for me. His rate is very reasonable and he is considerate with his clients.
I have recommended Kevin to a friend and the result was great. He won TODAY. I will hire Kevin Pratt any day. Good job!.

I was facing criminal charges in Gwinnett County and Kevin made them go away completely - all charges were dismissed before even going to court the first time.

We visited Kevin Pratt recently and came out of his office very informed and with much needed confidence. Before we visited Kevin I had a very sour taste in my mouth after visiting few attorneys and coming out disappointed with our consultations. Kevin sat with us and explained to us about our situation and gave us every option we had before telling us it's not the right time for us to use any attorneys at this time. We clearly knew after that he wasn't after profit but he really wanted best for my family and I. Kevin is my proof that I can still trust few out there and my family and I will be hiring for any future situations.

I deal with a lot of consumer debt lawsuits. I run into Mr. Pratt because of this. When I do, I am always impressed at his demeanor and his knowledge of these cases and the relevant law. I know Mr. Pratt works hard for his clients, because I see him in court doing so. I know he cares deeply about his clients because we discuss the nuts and bolts of debt defense work. Mr. Pratt is a lawyer I would recommend in debt lawsuits, and in many other areas of law as well. Caring, committed, and knowledgeable—Mr. Pratt serves his clients well and gets the job done.

I know Kevin both personally and professionally in the legal community. He is an extremely bright, inventive and knowledgeable lawyer. Most importantly, he responds to you when you need him and keeps you informed at all stages of your case. In fact, when I needed a lawyer to help me, I hired him.
