I am the senior attorney at my firm, Jodie E. Rosser, LLC. Jodie E. Rosser, LLC is a general practice law firm, specializing in a variety of areas in real estate law, corporations, family law, estate matters, and general misdemeanor traffic offenses and possession of marijuan charges.
I have been practicing law in these areas of the law since 2003.
I maintain both a law license with the State Bar of Georgia and a real estate license with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. I am a member of the Georgia State Bar, the Gwinnett County Bar, the Dekalb County Bar, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
I work with the Gwinnett County Pro Bono Project and Atlanta Legal Aid through the State Bar of Georgia Pro Bono Project.
I received a Bachelors of Arts, graduating cum laude, from the University of Georgia. I graduated cum laude at the top of my class from the Georgia State University College of Law and was a member and editor of the Georgia State Law Review.
I have been admitted to practice in all Georgia counties, the Georgia Appellate and Supreme Courts, and the Federal District Court, Northern District of Georgia.
I am married to Marcus Rosser and have two daughters, Emma and Eva. We have lived in Gwinnett County since 2004. I grew up in Loganville, Georgia in Walton County. My family supports Children’s HealthCare of Atlanta (), the AFLAC Cancer Center, and Nevus Outreach, Inc. () through charitable donations due to a rare condition which affects our youngest daughter called a Garment Nevus.
