I am the senior attorney at my firm, Jodie E. Rosser, LLC.  Jodie E. Rosser, LLC is a general practice law firm, specializing in a variety of areas in real estate law, corporations, family law, estate matters, and general misdemeanor traffic offenses and possession of marijuan charges.

I have been practicing law in these areas of the law since 2003.

I maintain both a law license with the State Bar of Georgia and a real estate license with the Georgia Real Estate Commission.  I am a member of the Georgia State Bar, the Gwinnett County Bar, the Dekalb County Bar, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.

I work with the Gwinnett County Pro Bono Project and Atlanta Legal Aid through the State Bar of Georgia Pro Bono Project.

I received a Bachelors of Arts, graduating cum laude, from the University of Georgia.  I graduated cum laude at the top of my class from the Georgia State University College of Law and was a member and editor of the Georgia State Law Review.

I have been admitted to practice in all Georgia counties, the Georgia Appellate and Supreme Courts, and the Federal District Court, Northern District of Georgia.

I am married to Marcus Rosser and have two daughters, Emma and Eva.  We have lived in Gwinnett County since 2004.  I grew up in Loganville, Georgia in Walton County.  My family supports Children’s HealthCare of Atlanta (), the AFLAC Cancer Center, and Nevus Outreach, Inc. () through charitable donations due to a rare condition which affects our youngest daughter called a Garment Nevus.

Awesome Attorney! Very Knowledgeable!
Jodie was an amazing attorney! She handled my case with ease and was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. She was able to talk directly to the solicitor of the case and have my charges reduced! I am so grateful to her!

Dedicated and Dependable

Recommending Attorney
Jodie has been my attorney for 5 years and is also the attorney for each of my family members. She is very responsive to our needs. Taking care of our real estate needs as well as wills and general questions as they come up in the family. I have recommended her to several of our friends. above and beyond
We use Jodie Rosser for all our family's legal needs. My husband and I appreciate that she is quick to respond to our calls and emails. She is very knowledgeable in many areas. We have used her for creating wills, power of attorney, property tax issues, buying and selling real estate. She offers free in office and phone consultations and does so quickly. She has been most helpful to us for many years. I have reccommded her to many friends and other family members.

Jodie's ACE Consultation
I have been so terrified at what I was up against and Jodie donated much time to explaining to me what to expect with my case, what to ask, what to demand, what to accept, etc. She removed a huge amount of the worry and distress I've been going through for many days now. I'm still much afraid but I now feel like I've got some knowledge under my belt and can face this unfortunate time more informed and a bit less in control of the outcome of my situation.

Great advice and representation plus she's always responsive.
Jodie has been very AVAILABLE to talk with throughout my entire case. As many friends have expressed, the attorney that they used has just not been able to talk to them and in most cases, not returned calls. This is just not the way Jodie conducts her business. She was always very helpful with all of my questions and very easy to understand by not using too much "lawyereze". One wonderful aspect about calling her is that she will refer you to another attorney if she is not comfortable with what your needs may be. She has done this with some friends in the past and they have had great results. I know many of her clients and they all seem well pleased.

I trust this attorney.
I have chosen to work with Jodie on several occasions and for issues pertaining to different areas of law. I can truly say that she does not fall short of expectations and has earned my trust. She is personable and approachable, prepared to take the time to listen, understand the issue at hand and clearly discuss challenges and options. What most impresses me is that when you call her office she makes it a priority to take the call, unlike other firms where you most frequently find yourself leaving messages with a voice mail or secretary. For real estate closings, title work is delivered on time and closings go smoothly; for my homeowner's association, she provided better service at a much more affordable cost than the firm we left; she has diligently reviewed and advised on contracts and the law in various areas pertaining to my business; I am also trusting Jodie to prepare my will and medical directives. She has my highest recommendation.
