Description: Unlicensed contractor accused of unlicensed practice of residential basic construction. Contractor was actually a specialty contractor as to the specific contract and the Board made a specific finding that the contractor was a specialty contractor and therefore, as to the contract, was not required to have a state residential basic contractor's license. As to other matters involving advertising by the contractor, the contractor conceded and was found to have advertised in violation of the the state contractor licensing law.
