Paulette was referred to me by another attorney. She handled a disablility case with superb results. I was so impressed with the results of the disability case in 2004, that I hired her again in 2008. I would highly recommend her.

Paulette represented me for my Social Security Disability case. It took years to deal with SS, but Paulette never gave up and I was approved for disabiity.
She not only was my attorney, but treated me like a friend and truly cared about me and my family. I found her to be profesional and knowlegable. In my opinion you couldn't do better for an attorney. She does what it takes to get the job done and shows the commitment in even the most difficult and drawn out cases. She kept the faith when I was giving up. I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me.

Paulette Adams-Bradham represented me on my appeal for short term disability benefits and application for long term disability from my employer of 22 years. She had been referred to me by a partner with a large firm specializing in labor/management relations. In preparing my appeal, Ms. Adams-Bradham did a superb job of scrutinizing my medical records to make the strongest possible case. I have a neurological illness, and the symptoms are subtle. On paper, my case appears "borderline." However, Ms. Adams-Bradham won the appeal against one of the largest insurance companies in the country. I did not have to take the next step of filing in court, saving me considerable expense. Throughout the appeal process, Ms. Adams-Bradham demonstrated not only her expertise in employment law but also a sincere desire to help me and sensitivity toward my disability. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

We contacted three other employment law firms before we were referred to Adams-Bradham. I don't think other attorneys were interested in our case because it wasn't a huge amount of money and therefore not a substantial fee. But Paulette helped my husband recover both long and short-term disability payments that had been denied him after a long career with a large employer. Her persistence on his behalf allowed us to settle both cases within six months of filing suit. In the case of our LTD claim, she actually opted to take less than the agreed upon fee. We found her to always have our best interests at heart. When she saw the STD plan description, she immediately recognized it as non-compliant with ERISA. Her knowledge of ERISA law and her willingness to represent us gave us what we needed most: a disability check in the mail every month. We will always be grateful for her compassion and her efforts on his behalf.
