Natasha treated us like family. If something concerned us, she made it her business to tend to that matter immediately. She was prompt with all responses to any questions we had. Sometimes, if we emailed questions or information to her, she responded within the same day/evening, which let us know ...that her work day does not end at 5pm; she obviously stays on task until priorities are met before leaving her office.
