Genuine Customer Service

Alexis was the lawyer that was assigned to my case and from the moment I met her, she made me feel very much at ease, especially considering I never had hire a personal injury lawyer. She was very kind and understanding and took the time to explain things to me. She took me step-by-step through the p...rocess and was readily available to take my phone calls or emails. She also had an amazing team behind her to assist with any other questions I had. I would also like to recognize Heather, Amanda, Taylor, Lauren, Haleigh Cathy and Michelle. I would also like to add that whenever I called the front desk I was always greeted with a kind voice and someone willing to help.

Car accident

I was referred to the Derrick Law Firm when my son was involved in a terrible accident. My son and I met with Dirk at the Conway office. Dirk was very informative and told us the best way to go about our case. Mike Ellis, represented us. Mike kept us informed and updated on the case on a monthly basi...s. Mike was always available anytime my son or I had a question. He always gave us his professional opinion and offered help in getting my son the best medical treatment, in cases where our insurance was not accepted. During the time of this case, my son was involved in another accident, in which we had Mike handle. Mike got us the best results on both cases and had them settled in no time. Mike is definitely 10/10 the BEST lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Mike for all you’ve done! We’re forever grateful for you!

Thank you for your help and support

I gave a 5 Star rating to the Derrick Law Firm and to the attorney J Brandon Hylton and his associates who treated me with respect and concern with my Workers Compensation claim. I was injured at work and was denied medical treatment and ignored by my employer. Brandon was professional, kind and u...nderstanding with appropriate questions and advice. My case was settled and I only have you to thank for that. I hope I won't need any future problems that would require an attorney but if so I would definitely contact Derrick Law Firm (Brandon) again and recommend to others. Thank you

Workers Comp

They were a very professional law firm I didn’t have to worry about anything they handle everything and were very easy to deal with if a I had any questions or concerns all I had was make a phone I would recommend them to anyone for there Workman’s comp issues
