The Best Injury Firm in SC

If you want to be treated like a person instead of just another case, this is the law firm for you. Not only did they handle my case quickly and get me the max I was entitled to, but they did it with professionalism, speed, grace, and compassion. They fought for me when I didn't have the strength to ...fight for myself and I will forever be grateful for that. My attorney, Ben Tripp, is an angel disguised in a business suit. If you are lucky enough to be represented by him, you can rest assured that you're in excellent hands.

Amazing representation

I found this law firm through online reviews after my car accident. Once I requested help it was a quick and easy process. After signing the agreement for representation, everything was smooth sailing. I was notified and kept in the loop throughout the legal process. Every question I had was answered... in a timely manner. Grateful to have had Steven working on my case! He was very insightful and handled everything in a timely manner! Car accident

I’d never hired an attorney before to handle an accident case for me. Batten and his staff were so easy to work with from day one. He was always available to answer my questions. He was very informative and patient with me through the entire process. I am very appreciative of his help.
