I recently hired Susan Williams to represent me after being charged with a DUI. Because of faults she found in how the arresting officer conducted my field sobriety test (more than one thing was done wrong an/or done in a way that could affect how I preformed during the test), as well as, things that... the arresting officer put incorrectly in the report, she was able to get the DUI dropped to reckless driving. Because of this nothing goes on my criminal record and I only had to pay a traffic ticket for reckless driving and had points put on my license. The whole time Susan was extremely professional and helpful and helped put me at ease during an extremely stressful experience. The defendant was arrested on felony charges. I found Susan in an online search and was among the several I spoke with. She was clear and honest and was able to meet with the defendant in jail very quickly. We chose her for her frankness and advice to navigate the process. While we did our best t...o encourage the defendant to follow her advice it was a challenge. But the outcome was still positive and given the charges I will count it as a win.
