Fred H. Moody Jr.

I consulted with Mr. Moody by phone and via a meeting in his office, and he expressed a desire to handle my case. After an agreed upon time for the holidays, he was to proceed with the work on my behalf and discuss his findings and how we would proceed. I have sent two emails and left various phone messages for him to discuss my case and after four weeks, he does not have the respect for me nor the class to return my calls. If he has decided that he is not qualified to represent me, he should certainly let me know. Find another attorney and don't waste your time with Mr. Moody!
