OUTSTANDING!!!

Mr. Silva represented my husband in two outstanding failure to appears for driving on a revoked license and was able to handle this without my husband even going to court. It was wrapped up quickly. I recommend his services to anyone needing representation for anything outstanding traffic related or... anything else. His staff is extremely professional, they respond quickly and guide you through the process. Matt Silva is phenomenal!!

DWI Refusal. Mr. Silva saved my career

Mr. Silva and his staff gave me my life and career back. In mid summer of 2016 I was charged for DWI refusal. After consulting some other firms it seemed like my case was hopeless, until I spoke with Mr. Silva. Right away at my first consultation I knew Mr. Silva and his firm were the right fit. Mr. ...Silva’s knowledge of the legal system, the behaviors of the local cops, and attitudes of the judges right away impressed me. Mr. Silva is good at what he does because he is an intellectual who thrives off being challenged. Mr. Silva told me he became a lawyer because he likes puzzles and appreciates the unique aspect to each case. Yes, he will be more expensive than his competition, but what you get in return is a comprehensive service of Mr. Silva and his staff. His staff continuously kept me in the loop making sure I knew where my case was standing and when my appointments were. They were polite, courteous, and above all proactive. I didn’t have to hunt down his staff for answers when I had questions. At any time if I had a question it was promptly answered. When you hire Mr. Silva, you are retaining the services of someone who isn’t going to sugar coat your case. I knew exactly what my possible outcomes were if I won or lost, and I knew that Mr Silva’s firm wasn’t just collecting a paycheck. My case took a year, but at the end of the ordeal, Mr. Silva had my entire case dropped. I firmly believe that if my case had been handled by a different firm the results would have been different. Very Professional Help,

From the consultation, to the recent day in court final, Mr. Silva handled our situation in the most professional manner. The Justice system is not the most rapid thing to deal with, and it will try one's patience to the end. Mr. Silva's "guidance" and patience got us a "NOT" Guilty verdict. This ...verdict took a little over a year to get, but would not trade it. I/We would have no problem in recommending his excellence. A Great Choice. We new it from the start.

Matthew Silva is an exceptional attorney. Case dismissed.

In 2015 the FBI raided my home, seized property, and charged me with 21 felonies that could have resulted in ten or more years of incarceration. He gave me my life back!
