Great attorney! Very happy I hired him

Matt was fantastic from day one. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. He was highly recommended by my family practice lawyer when the opposing party (who lost custody battle) filed false charges in retaliation. Matt represented me, he is sharp and ...very skillful getting the facts straight. Justice was served and the charges were dismissed. Matt was a pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond to make sure he answered all my questions and concerns. Even though my case was a small case compared to the cases he handles, he gave me his full attention and made sure my case was handled in a timely manner. He offered really good advice on how to protect myself in the future and went above and beyond the call of duty. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. He is one of a kind and one of the few lawyers who make you immensely grateful that they love their job truly and care about their small cases as much as they care about their big ones. Best attorney hands down!!!

The charges I was facing would have devastated my family and I considering the chargers were FALSE. I was facing DUI, reckless driving, child endangerment/ child abuse and I got my license taken away. I contacted Mr. Silva immediately, and I was tied up in court for almost a year for serious charges.... Mr. Silva went above and beyond to get my charges reduced but he did better than that by getting my case thrown out of court and I was able to walk out. Both Mr. Silva and his office were extremely friendly and professional, My family and I are eternally grateful for the work he has done! Excellent Representation

Mr Silva represented me for a misdemeanor simple assault. Mr. Silva and his staff were extremely pleasant and patient with me throughout the whole ordeal and were expedient with all correspondence. ABSOLUTEY Phenomenal Lawyer

Mr. Silva has been my attorney on quite a few cases. He is the spitting image of what everyone should have in a Defense Attorney. His staff is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly. I have used other attorneys in the past that you could almost never get ahold of. This legal team will keep y...ou updated and informed all the way through! Mr. Silva doesn't just look for the easiest way to settle a case, he seeks the BEST possible outcome for the client through all means neccessary. I had several charges that could have resulted in some serious time in combination with some outside factors. Best Defence Attorney in North Carolina

I was charged with a DWI and a careless and reckless driving charge. From the beginning Mr. Silva told me that I had good odds in this case. He never gave me a run around. I expected the worst outcome from the start. On the day of my trail he assured me we had good odds. When the time came Mr. Silva ...displayed confidence and determination when asking questions to the officer. When the verdict was reached I was found not guilty for the DWI and all I recieved was the careless and reckless charge. I would refer Mr. Silva to anyone that receives a DWI/DUI charge.
