Highly recommend!!

Hand down, in my opinion, the best criminal defense attorney in the area!! Matt Silva stood by me for well over three years. I had a very convoluted case that took much longer to be resolved than it should have. Mr. Silva was there the entire way. He was able to have my case dismissed. Criminal defense

Mr. Silva represented my son in a criminal case as his court appointed attorney. He had 3 felony charges and went to trial. We felt like he worked just as hard for us as if we were paying him. He gave us solid advice, but always remained professional and encouraged his client (my son) to make his own... decisions. He was professional and respectful every step of the way. My son was charged with serious offenses which could have resulted in lengthy prison sentences. He was found, by a jury, not guilty on all 3 counts. We would recommend Mr. Silva to anyone for any legal issue. My son was Mr. Silva's last court appointed client. Make no mistake, though, he would be well worth whatever fee it takes for the honor and good fortune to have him represent you. Mr. Silva, I look forward to reading your book someday! Worth the cost

I never thought I would need a lawyer but it happened. After looking around I decided to consult with Mr. Silva and after my first meeting I knew I was in good hands. He layed out the plan at our first meeting and he stuck with it. He admitted at the initial consultation that he was expensive and ...even suggested other attorneys that could possibly get me the same results. I stuck with Mr. Silva and glad I did. After a year of continuances and stress we finally had our day in court and we got the best possible result. His experience was evident from the first day I highly recommend his services.

This man saved me! A true God sent

It was the summer of 2016. And I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I was charged with 5 felonies. I went to jail and had a 250000$ bond. Mr Silva took my case and almost immediately got it lowered to 30000$. And I was out of jail within a week and a half. But that was just the beginning. Fr...om the first meeting at his office, he looked me in the eye and said, “your no criminal .” He said his main goal in my case was to keep me from becoming a convicted felon. He stayed true to his word. And over the next 2 and a half years, even when I had become one of his oldest cases, he kept fighting for me. I even had a car accident in that time frame and had to learn to walk again. The marine corps told me I was in no physical condition to re enlist. I clung to the hope and faith that mr Silva would resolve everything so I could continue federal employment someday like I wanted. On October 30, 2018 i was at the bank with my wife. I received a call, it was Mr Silva, he said ,”I got your charges dropped, you can continue life without this hanging over your head and make a better life for your family!” And believe me I will. I won’t waste this gift this man has given me and I will neve be able to repay him what his work meant to me. When he told me the news I literally said to him “I love you man!” and I truly do. He really cares about his clients and their situations. The law isnt always as cut and dry as it likes to seem. Sometimes you are just in the wrong place at the wrong time. And that doesn’t mean you should have your life ruined before you even hit your 21st bday. When I told my wife the news I began to sob. I was so happy and stunned because the thing that had been holding me back and had my future at a stand for the past 2 and a half years wasn’t looming over me anymore. I recommend Mr Silva and his firm to everyone In the UNIVERSE! Believe me from experience from working with him, you can’t go wrong when you obtain the services of Mr. Silva. He is a miracle worker. So it’s like the old ghostbusters theme song for when your in trouble, WHO YOU GONNA CALL!? MR. SILVA!!!!! :) Thankyou Sir.

Mr. H: I included the initial because you posted anonymously, but I remember your situation. I wish there was a means to get cases like yours handled quicker. As you know, your situation included life-altering charges. Really, the allegations were so serious that it took a lot of work to get the prosecution to admit what we already knew; you are not a criminal. I will never forget your case and I will probably reference it in many cases to come. Getting these charges dismissed was its own reward for me. I hated that you got charged and I hated what you had to endure. I sincerely hope you never have to go through anything like this again. As I have said before, I hope you and your family can move forward without the terrible stress of this situation on your shoulders. A life saver

When I got back home from my last deployment I made some bad decisions behind the wheel that could have cost me many thousands in fines, jail time, community service and a loss of my license for many years. Mr. Silva took on my case and has represented me for almost a year and a half tirelessly worki...ng with my schedule and over the phone to fight my battle for me and got my charge reduced to a traffic violation. I could not be happier with this man's performance and I am confident no other attorney in the greater NC will serve you better.
