Exceeded my expectations

I was charged with Felony Fleeing to Elude. Reckless driving to endanger. Speeding 140 in a 55. And many other things that would have had a much larger impact on my life if it weren’t for Mr Silva. I went into his office and he told me that I would not come out of this as a convicted felon. And he wo...uld do his best for me. AND HE DID. I only had to show up to court one time. And my case was completed in a month. With the felony dropped to a misdemeanor. Reckless driving was dropped. And the speeding was dropped to 100 in a 55. Along with a few other charges being dismissed. I couldn’t have asked for a better man for the job, and I cannot thank mr Silva enough.

DWI Dismissed

Matt and his entire office were great! Anytime I needed information I gave the front desk a call and always had an answer! Matt did a great job in and out of the court room with the end result being Case Dismissed.

Criminal defense

Mr. Silva represented my son in a criminal case as his court appointed attorney. He had 3 felony charges and went to trial. We felt like he worked just as hard for us as if we were paying him. He gave us solid advice, but always remained professional and encouraged his client (my son) to make his own... decisions. He was professional and respectful every step of the way. My son was charged with serious offenses which could have resulted in lengthy prison sentences. He was found, by a jury, not guilty on all 3 counts. We would recommend Mr. Silva to anyone for any legal issue. My son was Mr. Silva's last court appointed client. Make no mistake, though, he would be well worth whatever fee it takes for the honor and good fortune to have him represent you. Mr. Silva, I look forward to reading your book someday! Thanks so much for your attention and hard work on my son's case.

DWI Case

My experience with Mr. Silva has been very proffesional. We met to disccuss my options and he explained everything to me with all the possible outsomes so there were no surprises. Ultimitly my case was dissmissed and I couldn't be happier. I was always able to set up meetings and leave messages for M...r. Silva if I needed to. The communication I received was excellent.
