He gave me my life back!

I found Mr. Silva to be one of the best attorneys I’ve ever hired- he kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process, made every attempt to get me the best deal possible and went out of his way to ensure that what he promised was followed through on, him and his staff constantly kept in contact a...nd reminded me of upcoming dates and appointments, and responded to my calls in an extremely timely manner. Mr. Silva more than met my expectations and his services resulted in my DWI charges being completely dropped within an reasonable amount of time. I would recommend him to anyone, without doubt, looking for an good attorney in the Onslow county area. Worth every cent of what I paid!

Outstanding Results!

If you have been charged with a DUI, hire Matt Silva, now!!! Here is why: You absolutely need his expertise, knowledge and extensive experience if you are going to successfully navigate the court system, receive a fair trial and the best possible outcome. This is exactly what my daughter got from ...Matt and as a result she does not have a DUI on her record - he delivered! By my estimation, the return on investment of his fee is at a minimum, ten-fold when it comes to what it would cost to have that guilty charge hanging over her head for the rest of her life. After observing numerous other cases before my daughter's went in front of the judge, I believe the system is such that you are effectively guilty unless you have the best lawyer to present your case to change that likely outcome. The prosecuting attorney will work every possible angle to ensure the person charged is found guilty, make no mistake about it, its what they do and for the most part it works. I saw nearly all the other lawyers fail for their clients, and despite this, Matt succeeded. He knows the various judges' historical results and perspectives, he has a complete understanding of the many nuances of the system and how best to chart a course through that system. He knows how to build a strategy based both on the charges and circumstances at hand in the courtroom that day, as well as how to strategically adapt to those circumstances at that time. I am a pretty intelligent person and I can say there is simply no way possible I could have done any of those things on behalf of my daughter, but Matt Silva could, and did. We are extremely satisfied with the results, his exceptional representation, and I highly recommend him to you!

Impeccable service, and highly skilled.

Mr Silva and his paralegal staff have consistently been courteous with impeccable service. I have retained Mr Silva several times over a period of three years. He represented me in a DWI matter flawlessly. They had no issues maintaining communication with me frequently leaving the State and Country ...for business. Often for extended periods. Breath of relief

I met Mr. Silva over the phone in October 2016. I had just been in a serious single vehicle accident (I swerved into a ditch to avoid a collision). The state charged me with a litany of items, with a DWI and reckless driving being the most serious. I was in a wheelchair for four months, during which ...time Mr. Silva and his staff kept me posted on the case as it progressed. Now it is September 2017, and we finished trial. Mr. Silva and I were of one mind; this was a trial case from the beginning and we would not want to resolve this any other way. This morning, as soon as Mr. Silva stepped into the courtroom, he commanded the space. When we finally arrived at my case (3 pm), we brought up critical factors in my testimony and the officer's. Ultimately, I was found not guilty on 4/5 charges, and responsible for an infraction of exceeding safe speed (the other 1/5). Mr. Silva was an absolute godsend; if you're on the fence at all, don't be. He is a true professional.

Peace of Mind

Entering a Courtroom can be a very scary experience, Mr. Silva stepped in an took that fear away from us. My son was faced with multiple DWI charges while having prior convictions of the same. Every understanding that we had surrounding the consequences of his charges all resulted in him having to se...rve significant time incarcerated. As a result of Mr. Silva's experience in both private practice and in the District Attorneys office he was able to navigate the judicial process for us and delivered a result far beyond our greatest expectations. Since that time Matt has handled a number of other family concerns of which we have always been pleased with the results. As a long time resident of Onslow County I cannot think of a better attorney that I could recommend, and I often do. He is definitely in my opinion one of the top if not the best legal minds in the State.
