Professional Criminal Lawyer

It gives me great pleasure to write a review today for Matthew Silva's law firm. I highly recommend this law firm without hesitation! If you are looking for a top notch highly successful professional criminal lawyer to represent you, look no further. I hired Matthew Silva's law firm to represent me ...after receiving numerous felony charges. This was my first time in the criminal justice arena and I was totally clueless. My sister asked me if it would be alright for her to step in and help me find a successful criminal lawyer. I said yes please help me find the best criminal lawyer you can. My sister immediately started making calls to various criminal law firms, and one of the calls was to one of the best criminal lawyers one could hire in Craven County. However, they informed my sister that they could not help me because the case was in another county that they did not represent. Although when my sister asked for a criminal lawyer just a successful as the best in town. They immediately informed my sister to give Matthew Silva’s law office a call, they gave him raving reviews for any criminal representation within Duplin, Jones, Onslow and Sampson counties. I am so thankful my sister jumped right in to help me find the best criminal lawyer available. I cannot say enough about Matthew Silva and his staff. Mr. Silva went above and beyond the call of duty. Matthew Silva was direct, open and honest in sharing all of my options of what I was facing in the near future. Mr. Silva helped me tremendously by walking me through the entire process from the beginning to the end. My end results was a successful outcome they reduced and dropped my felony charges. I cannot say enough about Mr. Silva and his entire staff they were friendly, supportive and professional. My family and I are extremely grateful in finding a wonderful professional honest lawyer! Twice very pleased with Matthew Silva's services

Very happy with the communications and professionalism by everyone on the Silva team. Used their services to close on a realestate closing last fall which was very smooth and efficient throughout the entire process. Most recently a traffic violation that we found very confusing and could not wo...rk out ourselves needed the professional services of Matthew Silva (and team). ALL charges DISMISSED!!!

If you are in trouble Matt Silva is the attorney to hire. I met with Mr. Silva after firing my previous attorney. His office got me in same day for free consultation. I had read ALL the amazing reviews Mr. Silva had, but was still skeptical because of what I had just went through with my previous pai...d attorney. Mr. Silva was very honest about what my chances were in winning each case. He explained the best and worst case scenario. His fees were more expensive than most, but you get what you pay for. I was charged with DWI, wreck less driving, 2nd degree trespassing, and drug paraphernalia. If convicted this would have permanently impacted mine and my families lives. The anxiety I felt was overwhelming at times. I had to put my faith in Mr. Silva. As of today ALL charges have been dismissed. Not 1 or 2 or even 3. Every single one is gone. Danielle and front office staff have also been so patient and kind. Never once did they make me feel like I was a burden when I would call asking question after question. I live out of state and they made sure to update me on court happenings ect. I always knew if I had to drive down to appear at least 2 weeks in advance. Which was great so I could plan accordingly with my husband for my children. If you are in any criminal trouble please call Attorney Silva. Especially if you are charged with DWI for prescribed medication. Not every attorney is well versed in this matter. Even if they lead you to believe so. I learned the hard way.... This man saved my life and I bet he could do the same for you. He is the BEST Onslow county has to offer for legal representation.

Best attorney in the area

Where to even begin my review for Mr. Silva, in the overall answer, hands down he was the best and well-spoken attorneys in the Jacksonville area. This was my first and last case that I will ever have. Mr. Silva made me feel secure and informed of everything that was happening with my case, as well h...is staff is very professional and knowledgeable with the needed information when Mr. Silva is not available. For the longest I have been thinking on what to write but his reviews really speak for him on what he offers. If you need representation for any of his qualifications in the surrounding area Mr. Silva is the person to call. Lastly I wanted to say thank you again to you and your staff for your professionalism and great representation during my court.case

DWI

Mr. Silva and his staff were great to work with. I had a number of court dates and they handled each one without me having to go. In the end, we met several times and he got me ready for the most nerve racking thing I have ever had to do . . . testify in my own defense. I was ready and he told me ...just about everything the prosecution was going to ask. We won the entire case and I didn't even have to pay court costs. This literally saved my career! I would go back to him in a heartbeat.
