Saved my butt not once but twice

I had a dui charge that Matt Silva represented me in court for. He got the charge reduced to reckless driving. Also he represented me for a breaking and entering charge that I was beyond scared about. I was sure would result in jail time. For the breaking and entering he got the charges dismissed. I ...cannot thank him enough for how much he helped me get through this hard time. He helped me to have a piece of mind again. Do not hesitate to hire him he is a good guy and an excellent attorney. Even Police Officers Say He’s the Best!

Mr. Silva represents people from all walks of life. I am someone who has never been in trouble with the law, so when I got my DUI I was beyond devastated and scared. Mr. Silva was honest from the beginning about my options and what he could do for me. He fought hard from the beginning to the end. I w...as recently rear-ended and the cop ran my license as a formality. Of course my pending charge showed up and he asked who my attorney was. I told him Silva and he goes, “you’ll have no problem. He’s the best”. Well, I found out why they say Mr. Silva is the best. He got my case completely dismissed! If you ever find yourself in legal troubles, Silva is your guy. You won’t regret it.

Best attorney hands down!!!

The charges I was facing would have devastated my family and I considering the chargers were FALSE. I was facing DUI, reckless driving, child endangerment/ child abuse and I got my license taken away. I contacted Mr. Silva immediately, and I was tied up in court for almost a year for serious charges.... Mr. Silva went above and beyond to get my charges reduced but he did better than that by getting my case thrown out of court and I was able to walk out. Both Mr. Silva and his office were extremely friendly and professional, My family and I are eternally grateful for the work he has done! Best Defence Attorney in North Carolina

I was charged with a DWI and a careless and reckless driving charge. From the beginning Mr. Silva told me that I had good odds in this case. He never gave me a run around. I expected the worst outcome from the start. On the day of my trail he assured me we had good odds. When the time came Mr. Silva ...displayed confidence and determination when asking questions to the officer. When the verdict was reached I was found not guilty for the DWI and all I recieved was the careless and reckless charge. I would refer Mr. Silva to anyone that receives a DWI/DUI charge.

DWI Refusal. Mr. Silva saved my career

Mr. Silva and his staff gave me my life and career back. In mid summer of 2016 I was charged for DWI refusal.
