Best Lawyer in Jacksonville

Absolutely the best lawyer to represent you and have in your corner! Mr. Silva had my DUI case completely dismissed and was very professional and up front during the whole process. Anyone who is searching for a lawyer to represent them should hire Mr. Silva.

The best lawyer in NC, an absolute force in his field

To say Mr.Silva is a great lawyer is an injustice. Hopefully my review can explain how talented he really is at his profession. I was charged with a DUI, reckless driving, suspended drivers license and an open container. I feel bad admitting that but this review deserves context. Mr.Silva had all ch...arges dropped. Worth every single dollar. He’s a master of his craft and THE best lawyer in North Carolina. There is no other way to put it. I am beyond thrilled with my results. The best there is

Mr. Silva helped me greatly. I had a driving incident and was looking at the possibility of sever consequences . I contacted Mr. Silva and after we spoke he had me feeling a lot better. Throughout the whole process he kept me updated and continued to explain the law side of things and navigated me th...rough my concerns. At the end he had all the charges reduced to a misdemeanor/fine and everything is good to go. I really can’t say how grateful I am to have found him. I would recommend anyone that needs a defense lawyer to contact Mr. Silva and let him make sure you get the best outcome possible. Thanks again and Semper Fidelis.

Mr. Silva is a professional that gets the job done.

If you’re looking for an attorney that will get you the most favorable outcome for your case, Mr. Silva is your guy! He has proven himself time and time again on a number of different cases for me, some criminal and some traffic. From the consultation to the trial he is up front about everything and ...he keeps you in the loop with all things pertaining to your case. He is confident in the court room and while other lawyers babble on, he presents a sound defense and picks apart the prosecution’s details. He got every one of my cases dismissed with no penalty. I even had a case outside of his operating area and he referred me a lawyer in that area that was just as ferocious as he is, and that I had the same confidence in, and that got the job done in the same fashion. He is without a doubt the best Attourney in the area.

Best lawyer around!!

I’ve been dealing with Matt for the last 3-4 years for traffic violations. He’s got me out of every possible thing! I would recommend Matt Silva to anyone that has got in trouble with the law.
